The Altice Arena can be easily accessed by Metro, bus, taxi, or train, and is a short car ride from Lisbon Portela Airport. Our essentials guide is full of useful information, and will be released closer to the time on the event. Until then, check out our transport blog from last year’s Web Summit.
Of course! The best of Web Summit’s networking happens after hours, in bars across Lisbon. Night Summit takes over the city from 8 pm nightly. From November 4 to November 7 we’re bringing legendary networking to the streets of Lisbon. Each night we’ll introduce you to a different zone in Lisbon city centre. Find out where you’ll be doing your best networking.
In 2018 we started the party early. We kicked off Web Summit 2018 with an opening night festival outside of Altice Arena from 5pm on Monday 5 November. Before the first talks take place inside, you can enjoy a festival experience outside with thousands of your fellow attendees. There’ll be plenty of food and drink vendors, and it’s a great opportunity to meet and mingle with your fellow attendees.
The event is first come, first served, so arrive early to be guaranteed entry.
