You can change the email address associated with your ticket by logging in to your ticket dashboard. Once logged in, navigate to your ticker and click "Reassign". You will be prompted to enter the new ticket details.

Please note:
1. In accordance with ticket terms, some ticket types cannot be reassigned including Speaker, Investor and Developer tickets.

 
2. The reassign button will not be available to you if you have already signed into the mobile app. If this applies to you, you will see a
lock symbol on the ticket.


3. By reassigning the ticket, even to another address you own, you will lose all progress in the mobile app including connections, requests, chats and saved schedule items. These cannot be recovered.
