A standard Web Summit ticket grants you entry to Web Summit 2018’s 22 conferences in Lisbon on November 5-8, as well as access to Web Summit satellite events, networking events and Night Summit parties. An Executive ticket includes all of the above and access to a VIP Networking Lounge (Partners Lounge). A Chairperson ticket will include all of the above plus access to the Speakers Lounge. There is no need to print your ticket. You will register on arrival to Web Summit using our attendee app, which is released closer to the conference date.
You can get a full refund if you cancel your ticket within 14 days of booking. We have a strict no refunds policy after this date. Please see our terms and conditions for more information.
As laid out in our terms and conditions, you cannot sell your Web Summit ticket. Doing so will result in a void ticket and the ticket holder will not gain entry into the event. This also applies to our subsidised tickets (e.g. women in tech, open source). If you have secured a complimentary ticket but have already bought a ticket, you are not eligible for a refund.
This short video will guide you through the simple process of reassigning your ticket. Please note, subsidised tickets such as women in tech, young entrepreneur, loyalty, and open source can only be reassigned within the first 30 days after purchase. You can find your invoice in your ticket confirmation email. You would have received this after you purchased.
While we will not engage directly with your relevant embassy, we will happily send you an invitation letter once you purchase your ticket. The letter will become available in June 2018. To receive your letter, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your booking reference in June 2018. Please note that your embassy will require notice before issuing your visa. We don’t offer one-day full attendee tickets. All full attendee tickets are valid for the duration of the conference.
