Only order owners can reassign tickets. If you are the order owner, please login into your ticket dashboard at: using the email address you made the order with. We will send a login link to this email.

Once logged into the dashboard, you will see your order.

Click "manage items" to view/assign/reassign your ticket(s).

If you are not the order owner of the ticket, please reach out to the order owner and they can reassign your ticket via their ticket dashboard.

Please note: Some ticket types cannot be reassigned, including those issued by invite e.g. Speaker, Media, and Investor tickets and those awarded on the basis of merit or by application e.g. Developer and Scholarship tickets.
