Please login to your ticket dashboard at: using the email address your ticket is currently assigned to. We will send a login link to this email.

Once logged into the dashboard, click "My Tickets". If a ticket has been assigned to you, you'll see this here. If you need to reassign your ticket, click "Reassign" and follow the prompts.If the ticket you are trying to reassign has already been accepted and used to log into the app, it will show as locked (padlock icon). You will need to reach out to our team to reassign it on your behalf. 
Please send us the ticket reference as well as the name and email of the new attendee and we will assist you.

Please note: if you are not the order owner of the ticket, we will need approval from the order owner before making any changes to the ticket.
