Yes, we can issue you with a letter that confirms your attendance at Web Summit. The letter can only be issued once you have secured your ticket to Web Summit. 

You can request a letter by signing into your Web Summit attendee profile at my.websummit.com.


You will need your ticket reference to sign-in. This can be found in your confirmation email or on your ticket dashboard.

 Once you have signed in, click on your profile picture in the top right corner. Click ‘Request invitation letter’ on the drop-down menu. You will be prompted to fill in your information, including your passport number and date of birth. Click ‘Apply’ to save your details. 
A PDF letter will be generated and you will receive this by email to the email address associated with your ticket. 


You can only apply for this letter once, so it is important that you enter your information correctly.

Please note: 
It is your sole responsibility to take care of visa requirements. If you require an entry visa to attend, volunteer or exhibit at Web Summit, you must allow sufficient time for the visa application procedure.
