As is stated in our terms and conditions, reselling or otherwise transferring your ticket not in accordance with our terms and conditions will result in your ticket being voided.
Where there has been any resale or attempted resale of any tickets (or any other breach of this term), we reserve the right to cancel the relevant tickets with immediate effect.

If you can no longer attend Web Summit, you are free to change the name your ticket to a friend or colleague, provided you have not yet logged into the Web Summit apps.
