Your ticket reference is the alphanumeric code associated with your Web Summit ticket. This code can be used to log into your mobile app where you'll find your ticket in a QRcode format.

You can find your ticket reference in your Web Summit ticket dashboard. You can log in here using the email address on your ticket. 

Your ticket reference will be on the left-hand side of your ticket. In the example below, KJNL-GA is the ticket reference for this attendee.
